Kleopatra Blue Hawaii Hotel

This hotel is a disaster! Pool area is very dirty and small, there are only 16 sunbeds. Even when you go and tell them to clean it, they will not do it. Rooms are ok, nothing special. They are being cleaned every second day. Location is actually the only good thing about this hotel. Let's talk about food.. horror! Restaurant area is also very dirty, flies are everywhere, even in food, they don't care about hygiene at all. The food selection is small and food is not tasty. İf you like salads, its a hotel for you. I also must say that this is the only hotel where we had to buy water!! There is only one water machine and you are not allowed to refill bottles or take it to the room. İt's a shame. I could write more, but my conclusion is, its not worth of any money. Go anywhere else.

Nice city hotel, near the beach and near the city center. But it has disadvantages - cakes are not good and always the same, rooms weren't cleaned regularly, no shower hose so it's hard to take a bath (just like on the beach, shower head above). Food is tasty but it wouldn't hurt to have choice for a main course and more real meat breakfast is the best meal.

The location was pretty nice. The beach is right under your nose. Sadly the street is very busy and in order to cross you really have to wait for a gap between cars, drivers either take you down or not, they DON'T slow down. The personal is nice, some of them speak English very well, some will rather stay silent. But that's enough of positivity... Even if you pay for everything beforehand, even if you pay for all-inclusive, once you arrive they will offer you additional services, in total they will be around 100 Euro, they consist of WiFi (for one device only and only for 3 days, for more you have to pay again), safe in your room, beach (includes parasol and a lounger, honestly you won't survive without these in the heat) and lastly they will offer you a better room... They will even let you look into them... Unfortunately you will practically have no choice because the standard room will look absolutely terrible. For an example, we ordered one room with 2 beds, instead we got small room with 4 beds without any free space between? XD And even though the rooms are very clean, it felt like everything was half functioning, the AC for an example was a pain in the a** to set-up so you don't feel cold or too hot(it's actually impossible, we just set it to cold and went under blankets...) And just BTW, there is practically no AC outside of the rooms.. Lastly... FOOD... ... I would say about my self I am a very picky eater, but the rest of my family is not, yet they were unable to eat properly as well... Meat is something you will be only able to dream about, if you are satisfied with just rice without anything then that's the only was for you to be happy, or you could try to survive on tomatoes, salads or something like that( I honestly believe the best combination is to smuggle the salad out of the restaurant to s nearby burger king and spice your burger there a bit) BTW the burger king is not that bad, it's actually pretty decent, though I believe the hotel is stealing salad from them, because they are really not generous with it.

Good location. Rooms are also very pleasant and clean. Food monotonous, below every level of dignity. There is no meat, sometimes (read 2 days out of 10), they have fish or chicken, and that is it. There is no lean meat, only soya products that is pretending to be meat. Only because of rooms and hygiene I won’t give the lowest rate for this hotel. Definitely will not come back again.
